Rainbow's End

Today some of the student leaders took a bus to .... Rainbow's End. Most of the leaders (including myself) have done an amazing job this year. Each of us have attributed to the school by being great role models for the younger students and leading by example. That is why we got the chance to take a trip to RAINBOW'S END! I had a lot of fun spending time with the Year 8's - as they will be leaving next year. I went on all of the rides except the Power Surge which is the worst ride ever! My favourite ride would have to be the Scorpion Carts and the Invader! Here are some photos!

Sir Peter Blake Trust

Today in the morning, the seniors of Glen Taylor School had gone to the hall to do some activities, games and we watched some videos about being a good leader. We had met a lawyer named Mike Hendricksen from the Sir Peter Blake Trust Team that had also talked to us about being good leaders and we also got the chance of asking him some questions after our session. Take a look at some photos that were taken during the session.

On the right is a picture of all the post it notes about our role models and what they do to be a good role model.

On the left side is a picture of people writing on there post it notes and the rest of us are just waiting for them.

On the right side is our bad leadership poster.

SMART GOALS

Today the leaders of the school had leadership day where we learnt how to build up our confidence. One of our tasks were to fill in the table with 2 or 3 goals that we would like to achieve! Take a look at my goals!
