In class for LCS, we are learning about Migration and how our ancestors came to Aotearoa! We have already had a few lessons about it and I have really enjoyed learning about how my people came to New Zealand and all the struggles they went through.
One of our lessons we had with Miss Tupou included watching three different videos. One about the Samoan Migration, Tongan Migration and also the story of a boy from Columbia and the challenges he faced while migrating. After watching each video we contributed ideas that were mentioned in the video about the struggles they faced. etc Family, Career, Education, Dawn Raid
