Don't Sit If You Want To Keep Fit!


Do you want to keep fit? Then don't take a seat. Stand up!

For reading I read an interesting article about how standing can keep you fit. Apparently, standing makes your heart beat faster and is good for your health. It is a way of keeping fit! Interesting right! Sitting down for a long amount of time can cause pain in many parts of your body and affect your bones but yes, standing can affect the lower part of your legs.
