Well, Stanley was actually given the name Cave Man because he had bumped into a guy named Lump and his friends had backed him up. After that they said that no one messes with Caveman. Stanley then thought that Caveman was Lump but then one of his friends said "Are you coming Caveman?" when it was dinner time.
