Today Glen Taylor School had there very own powhiri with the help of lots of kind people. If you don't know what a powhiri is then I'll tell you what it is. A powhiri is a Maori Welcoming. We had welcomed on the new students, parents and staff to Glen Taylor School. Our very own kapa haka group had performed and also our Pacifika Pearls. The kapa haka group had also got to put their new Kapa Haka clothes in action. That is also why Fair Go had came to video their performances.
